1. Introduction and Agreement

Welcome to Izoah ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of our website, the client portal, mobile applications, and all associated enterprise software services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Core Services and Digital Quoting

Izoah specializes in the sale, permitting, and installation of impact-resistant windows and doors in the State of Florida. Our platform utilizes advanced quoting algorithms and automated pricing logic to provide estimates. Important: All digital quotes—whether generated by our AI assistants, subdealers, or staff—are preliminary. Final pricing, structural engineering requirements, and project timelines are expressly subject to mandatory on-site physical measurements ("Takeoffs") and final municipal permit approval.

3. Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning Features

Our Platform actively utilizes advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI), including Large Language Models (LLMs) and Optical Character Recognition (OCR) pipelines, to enhance customer support, process factory quotes, and parse architectural documents.

• AI Assistants (Lyra, Nova, Atlas): You understand that interactions within our chat interfaces may be handled by automated AI agents. While we employ strict Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) constraints, AI systems can occasionally generate incomplete or inaccurate responses. Do not rely entirely on the AI for precise engineering variables.
• Data Processing: Documents you upload to the Platform (such as competitor quotes or personal identification) may be processed using third-party cloud AI providers (such as Google Document AI or Vertex AI) to extract relevant data.
• Prohibited Actions: You agree not to submit sensitive financial data (e.g., full credit card numbers) or Highly Restricted Personal Information into the AI chat interface.

4. User Accounts, Subdealers, and Portal Security

If you are provided with a Client Portal, Worker App, or Subdealer CRM account, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, JWT tokens, and Two-Factor Authentication codes. Izoah strictly prohibits sharing accounts across individuals. We reserve the right to instantly terminate accounts if unauthorized sharing or malicious API usage is detected.

5. Intellectual Property Rights and Factory Assets

The software architecture, UI designs, "Liquid Glass" branding, and proprietary algorithms are the exclusive intellectual property of Izoah. Certain technical assets displayed on our Platform—including Notices of Acceptance (NOAs), factory blueprints, and product rendering images—remain the exclusive intellectual property of their respective manufacturers (e.g., PGT, CGI, Eco Window Systems).

6. Third-Party Integrations and Marketing (Meta / Google)

In addition to our core CRM architecture, Izoah leverages third-party marketing networks, including Meta (Facebook/Instagram Lead Ads) and Google Ads. By submitting lead capture forms on these external networks, your data is securely bridged into our CRM. We utilize server-side tracking (such as the Meta Conversions API) to synchronize conversion data and optimize our digital presence.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties and Extent of Liability

The digital tools on the Izoah Platform are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all implied warranties regarding platform uptime or software bug-free operation. Your physical window/door installation will be protected by its own specific physical contract and manufacturer warranties, which supersede any automated text on this site.

8. Governing Law and Municipality Regulations

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. By using our Platform, you acknowledge that all construction tasks are strictly governed by the Florida Building Code and the specific municipal authority (e.g., Miami-Dade, Broward) of your project's jurisdiction.
