Accessibility Statement
Effective Date: April 2026
1. Our Engineering Commitment to Accessibility
At Izoah, we believe that world-class enterprise software should be usable by everyone. We are firmly committed to ensuring digital accessibility for individuals with visual, auditory, and cognitive disabilities. We treat digital accessibility not as a secondary requirement, but as an integral pillar of our software architecture across the Public Portal, Internal Staff CRM, and Mobile Worker applications.
2. Technological Measures and Design Systems
To support this commitment, our engineering team implements the following measures across our digital properties:
- Liquid Glass UI: Rather than relying on blurred aesthetics that reduce text legibility, our design system ("Liquid Glass") heavily restricts transparency underneath readable elements. All data tables, contracts, and reading panes are strictly placed on opaque, high-contrast backgrounds (#F8F6F2 or pure white) to exceed WCAG contrast ratios.
- Semantic Engineering: Our proprietary React 18 / Next.js pipelines are built utilizing highly semantic components, ensuring compatibility with screen readers and assistive technologies.
- Bilingual Architecture: The entire platform supports instantaneous switching between English and Spanish, reducing cognitive load for native speakers reading complex building code rules.
- Artificial Intelligence Accommodations: We orchestrate natural language LLM models to provide interactive, accessible explanations of complex architectural terms and factory technical specs (NOAs).
3. Ongoing Feedback and Human Assistance
While we continuously audit our platform, we recognize that true accessibility is a dynamic process. If you encounter accessibility barriers on our website, in the Client Portal, or while communicating with our AI Assistant, please let us know immediately. Our human representatives are standing by to assist you in bridging any digital gaps.
