Cookie Policy

Effective Date: April 2026

1. The Role of Cookies in Our Infrastructure

At Izoah, cookies are critical microscopic text files stored on your device that allow our highly customized CRM, public website, and client portal to function efficiently. Because our platform is a heavy web application, we rely on modern cookie infrastructure to maintain your secure state across pages.

2. Categories of Cookies We Deploy

Our infrastructure deploys cookies across several critical domains of operation:

A. Strictly Necessary & Security Cookies

  • Authentication Tokens (JWT): When you log into the Client Portal or Internal Panel, we deploy encrypted HttpOnly cookies to securely store your JWT (JSON Web Token) and Refresh Tokens. Without these logic cookies, you would be unable to access protected areas, sign quotes, or manage projects.
  • Bot Protection: We utilize Google reCAPTCHA v3 and associated security cookies to block malicious bots and prevent brute-force attacks on our quotation engine.
  • Application Hydration: As a Next.js powered platform, we use underlying system cookies to efficiently hydrate the application state and load dynamic elements without flickering.

B. Functional & Preference Cookies

  • Language Routing: A `NEXT_LOCALE` cookie remembers whether you are browsing our platform in English or Spanish, ensuring a seamless bilingual experience without forcing you to switch languages sequentially.
  • AI Chat Continuity: We use specific session cookies coupled with Socket.io identifiers to persist your conversation with our AI Assistants (Lyra/Nova). This allows you to navigate between different pages of our website without the AI agent forgetting the context of your conversation.

C. Third-Party Marketing Tracking

While our core CRM operates independently, our public-facing marketing pages utilize tracking mechanisms to optimize our digital campaigns:

  • Meta Pixel & Conversions API: We utilize Meta tracking technologies to measure the effectiveness of our Facebook and Instagram advertisements. This data helps us understand demographic interactions and report server-side conversion benchmarks.
  • Google Analytics: We deploy analytics cookies to measure aggregated anonymous traffic payloads and understand how visitors navigate our product pages.

3. Managing Cookie Permissions

By adjusting your browser settings, you maintain total control over your cookie acceptance policies. Should you disable cookies, be advised that the deeply integrated functions of our CRM—specifically logging into the Client Portal, initiating Real-Time AI Chat, and language saving—will immediately cease to function. Marketing and tracking cookies can be disabled through your respective social media platform settings without impacting the core operation of the Izoah CRM.
